Holly Kramer MAICD

Non-Executive Director

Holly is a Non-Executive Director of ANZ Banking Group, Telstra and New Zealand dairy co-operative, Fonterra.  She is also President of the Commonwealth Remuneration Tribunal and Chair of McKinnon (formerly Susan McKinnon Foundation.). Holly is a member of the Bain & Co Advisory Council and sits on advisory boards of the UNSW Institute for Climate Risk and Response (ICCR) and Pollination Group.


Holly was recently awarded a Doctor of Letters from Western Sydney University, where she was Pro Chancellor and Trustee.  Other previous governance roles include: Chair of Lendi Group, Deputy Chair of Australia Post and directorships at Woolworths, Abacus, AMP, Nine, The GO (Goodes-O’Loughlin) Foundation and the Alannah & Madeline Foundation.

In her executive career, Holly was CEO of apparel retailer Best & Less (B&L).  Prior to that, she had more than 25 years’ experience in general management, sales and marketing at Pacific Brands, Telstra and Ford Motor Company (in Australian and the US.). Holly is the recipient of the Sir Charles McGrath Award for a distinguished career in Marketing.  She currently resides on a farm in the Southern Highlands of NSW and completed a BA in Economics/Political Science at Yale University (Hons) and an MBA at Georgetown University.
