Elias has nearly 30 years’ experience in operational mining roles, Work Health and Safety management and legal regulatory and employment law. As a lawyer, Elias has worked for the WHS Regulator, the WHS Prosecutor and private sector clients.
Elias was directly involved in the rollout of the Psychosocial Code of Practice for Workplace Health and Safety Queensland.
Elias has managed regulatory investigations and successful prosecutions of company officers for WHS due diligence offences and now has turned that experience into advising on practical ways to achieve compliance for Directors and individuals in a variety of corporate structures.
