Clare Milikins GAICD

Clare is a Fellow of CPA Australia and GAID.  She has over 10 years of experience as a Board Director, having served with Jacana Energy as its Deputy Chair and Chair of Audit and Risk and, since 2020, as a Director of Venture Housing. 

She is also a member of NT Treasury Corporation’s Advisory Board and as independent Chair of Audit and Risk Committees for NT Government Agencies and Local Governments.

Alongside her Directorships, Clare provides business health advisory, financial leadership and capability building for SMEs and not-for-profits, with a focus on business improvement. Clare is a strong advocate for strategic risk management as a tool to support strategy.
