She is currently Co Chair of CHOICE (the Australian Consumers Association), and Deputy Chair of the Rural Financial Counselling Service of NSW. She is also on the Board of Canberra Memorial Parks and is the Independent Lead Director of the Australian Institute of Building Surveyors.
In her early NED Career she was President of the YWCA of Australia and the Chair of Australian Business Volunteers. Fiona’s executive career as a lawyer spans a number of Commonwealth Agencies, and most recently as Special Counsel with Griffin Legal here in Canberra. Fiona was also Chief Executive Officer of Ad Standards Australia, the industry self-regulation body for advertising.
Fiona brings experience across businesses in aged care, FMCG, construction and infrastructure, aged care, sport and regional services, has four boys and is a dedicated Canberra region resident.
