Warren Baillie is an experienced corporate and commercial lawyer, qualified chartered secretary and company director. He has extensive Board, committee and management expertise and a strong understanding of effective governance in the corporate and NFP sectors.
Warren is currently at Wesfarmers where he is seconded to the ASX-listed BWP Trust as General Counsel & Company Secretary.
He previously worked at Woodside Energy Group for 19 years in legal and management roles, including 12 years as Group Company Secretary.
Warren has also been involved in the NFP sector for many years as a director, and is currently Deputy Chair of Black Swan Health, and on the Councils of two large independent schools.
