Warren Baillie

Group Company Secretary,  Woodside Energy Group

Warren Baillie is an experienced corporate and commercial lawyer, qualified chartered secretary and company director. He has extensive Board, committee and management expertise and a strong understanding of effective governance in the corporate and NFP sectors.

Warren joined Woodside Energy Group as a corporate lawyer in 2005 and has been the Group Company Secretary since 2012 over a period of significant organisational change, including Woodside’s merger with BHP Petroleum. Warren has also been involved in the NFP sector for many years as a director, and is currently Deputy Chair of Black Swan Health, and on the Councils of two large independent schools.
