For almost 20 years, Trent has held board positions in ASX listed, large private companies, membership organisations and social enterprises in 15 different industry sectors.
With a specialty in member owned/member governed businesses – Trent currently sits on five commercial boards in three Australian states, chairing the Boards of three of them.
In addition, he is an Independent Member of the Nomination Committee of the Board of CPA Australia.
As a certified director from the INSEAD University, Trent is also a mentor for INSEAD’s International Director Network (Global Alumni).
In 2022, Trent was named by the AICD as the winner of PwC Director Award for Excellence in the Metro WA Not-for-Profit Sector recognising his leadership on director issues and promotion of excellence in governance to achieve a positive impact for society.
He holds postgraduate qualifications in business and e-commerce along with a micro-credential in ESG governance and is a Fellow and Faculty Member of the AICD.
