Tonianne Dwyer AM is an independent non-executive director based in Brisbane. She currently serves on the boards of AUB Group, Dyno Nobel and Growthpoint Properties Australia, and is Deputy Chancellor of the University of Queensland.
She is also a member of the Takeovers Panel, a Council Member of the Queensland Division of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and a director of the Sir John Monash Foundation.
Her previous directorships include ALS Limited, Dexus Property Group, OZ Minerals, Metcash, Queensland Treasury Corporation and Cardno. Prior to her board career, she spent more than 20 years in London in investment banking and real estate fund management.
