Dr Sue Craig – Bio Dr Sue Craig is a commercially astute executive and non executive director with over two decades leadership across health, aged care and government services, including CEO, Chair, and Senior Executive roles in complex environments.


Sue brings deep experience in governance, regulation, and transformation, with a history of guiding boards and organisations through high-stakes transitions such as mergers, regulatory reforms and divestments, as well as digital and business transformations.

An expert in strategic planning and implementation, Sue has guided and directed multiple enterprises through substantial business and digital transformation utilising strong and effective leadership. Her strengths are designing strategy that enables achieving measurable results, exceptional problem-solving skills, proven capability at building relationships within large multifaceted organisations and being able to communicate at all levels. She is qualified in Health Sciences, Business, Governance and IT, with over 20 years executive experience.

Previously, Sue was an Executive Director of Strategy and Advisor to the CEO for City of Parramatta, in Sydney, where she introduced foresight into the strategic planning process and assurance across the project lifecycle across a $4 billion investment portfolio. Sue also developed a strategic blueprint for the Far West NSW initiative in her role as Director, Sector Governance at NSW Department of Premier and Cabinet.
