Drawing on 25 years as a global ASX executive, Sarah brings a unique perspective on strategy, culture and governance. Having worked across various geographies, markets and sectors, Sarah has deep and diverse stakeholder expertise. She listens deeply and asks insightful questions.


Across manufacturing, operations and agricultural industries, Sarah has broad experience with P&L responsibility and Safety, Environment and Quality, and People and Culture. Sarah has demonstrated learning agility in working across many different types of organisations including large listed and medium sized organisations.

Sarah has leveraged her business acumen to deliver bottom line benefits as well as transformative change in Environmental Social Governance (ESG). Sarah is expert in working with risk frameworks from the steel industry to food manufacturing, and she has demonstrated capability for risk mitigation across Safety, Environment and Quality.

Sarah has over 10 years’ experience as a member of a Board. She is currently a Non-Executive Director of a not-for-profit.

Sarah is GAICD and has an MBA from Melbourne Business School. Sarah is an accredited Time to Think facilitator and works with boards and executive teams to foster diversity of thought, in order to deliver strategic outcomes.
