Sanjay is a seasoned Non-Executive Director and a C-level executive with 14+ years of board experience across financial services, healthcare, technology, and government.
He chairs the Audit, Investment and Risk Management Committees providing commercial insights, M&A capability, and strategic guidance through complex challenges.
Sanjay currently serves on boards of Greater Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust, The Bridge Inc., Australian Chiropractors Association, and Australian Melanoma Research Foundation.
Previously, he served on boards such as The Salvation Army Advisory Board, Merri Health, Westside Circus, IAG & NRMA Superannuation Plan and Aged care. He has also been the Victorian State
Councillor at Governance Institute of Australia.
In his career, Sanjay has successfully led $800M+Victorian government operation, led the enterprise risk function for $6B+ superannuation fund and was the co-architect of a Business Unit and helped it grow to $22M+ revenues in challenging economic environment.
He is known for driving impactful change through organisational culture, mentoring leaders/CEOs, and unlocking sustainable growth.
