Sandy is the Founder and CEO of two sister impact organisations, Social Outcomes, established in 2014 and the newly formed Impact Culture Australia.
Prior to founding these organisations, Sandy was Head of Social Innovation at Westpac, as well as having spent 15 years working in the South Africa in the anti-Apartheid movement and later in the Reconstruction and Development program. Sandy is one of Australia’s leading impact specialists, and has been involved in building the social enterprise and impact investing sectors. She is a sought-after public speaker and best-selling author.
