Richard has recently left CISCO after a 27 year career in systems engineering, in Australia, the United Kingdom and Singapore and Asia Pacific. His engineering and technical expertise spans Data Centers, Pre-sales, Video Conferencing, Ethernet, and Wide Area Network (WAN).

Led an exceptional team of sales engineers and architects based across Asia-Pacific and Japan.
Provide strategic guidance and advise to customers and partners across Cisco's Collaboration, Data Centre and Enterprise Networking portfolio.

Richard is now the Managing Director of RJD Tech Advisory offering executive coaching and advisory services. Focusing on guiding CIOs, CTOs, and technical sales leaders to unlock their full potential, while also offering strategic counsel to boards and organisations navigating the ever-evolving realm of digital transformation.
