A former HR leader in Asia Pacific and Australia, and a National Telstra Businesswomen of the Year, Rhonda is recognised as a world leading expert in people and culture, specialising in cultural and leadership diagnostics. Rhonda’s career has spanned large multi-nationals – BHP, Sara Lee, Luxottica, and CBA - living and working in Europe, Asia and the USA. 


In 2017, she founded mwah. Making Work Absolutely Human aimed at researching and rethinking the people and culture profession. Since then, mwah. has become renowned for their research, case studies, best practice thinking on Belonging, contribution, and impact, and the deep and unique diagnostics that give insights into organisational culture. 

Alongside, her great depth of thinking on leadership and cultural inclusion, Rhonda has a strong commitment to process design simplicity and data-driven understanding of culture.

Rhonda holds a Bachelor of Organisational Psychology and IR, a Post Graduate Degree in Organisational Psychology, a Diploma of Strategic HR and an APICS Accreditation in Process Design and Supply Change Management. She is a Patron of ASPECT (Autism Spectrum).
