Rachel is an experienced lawyer and educator having worked across a range of sectors from Defence to private legal practice, academia, education, resources, sports and health. Whilst her work experience is broad, she underpins this with a strong research focus on sustainability, drawing on years as an environmental lawyer. Rachel has recently advised boards and businesses on sustainability strategies and reporting.
Her legal experience is complemented by extensive management and board experience, having completed a Master of Leadership in 2022. Rachel is skilled at working with boards and management where she journeys with the organisation to guide them through the project, challenges and solutions. She takes a whole of business approach with clients. Everything is interconnected and unless everyone is pulling together, they’re pulling apart.
Rachel has worked with a range of NFPs (sports, education, health) and governmental bodies as a director and board advisor to support effective governance, organisational transformations and grow capability on boards and in CEOs and their teams.
