Professor Mayowa Babalola is the Stan Perron Chair in Business Ethics at the University of Western Australia.
His work spans collaborations across Australia, Africa, Europe, the Middle East, East and Central Asia, and North America, focusing on leadership, business ethics, and work–family relationships. He received the Most Outstanding Research for Management Practice Award for his work on preventing abusive leadership at the Academy of Management conference in Boston, USA, and the 2023 Best Paper at the Australia New Zealand Academy of Management. Recently, he has been leading the exploration of leadership and AI, helping organisations build more ethical, sustainable cultures.
