Commodore Martin Brooker

Martin Brooker is a veteran of 37 years’ service in the Australian Navy, including operational service in command of an Amphibious Ship in the Middle East and Pacific, Deputy Commander of Australia’s Joint Forces in the Middle East and Afghanistan, and Program Director for Navy’s biggest change program. 

Martin now works with organisations invested in developing constructive cultures grounded in strong leadership and creating workplaces that people want to be.  

Martin is a Certified Speaking Professional, an accredited Organisational Coach and a Graduate Member of AICD.
