Leah Fricke is an experienced Non-Executive Director and Audit & Risk Committee Chair with a portfolio spanning government, financial services and health sectors.
She is Chair of the Audit Committee at icare NSW and a member of several NSW Government Audit & Risk Committees. Leah also serves on the boards of ColCap Financial, Forager Funds and the IIG Solar Assets Fund, bringing a pragmatic and contemporary approach to governance and risk oversight.
Across her board career, Leah has overseen WHS in diverse contexts including frontline health services, mining services, remote infrastructure, flight charter services, and financial services.
She combines this breadth of experience with deep expertise in governance, transformation, and regulatory compliance, ensuring that organisations maintain clarity of purpose and resilience as they respond to emerging risks such as psychosocial hazards, technology disruption and AI.
Leah’s governance philosophy centres on clarity, curiosity, and collaboration, creating the conditions for sound judgement, accountability, and trust between boards and management.
