She is focussed on developing the capability for leading the design of collaborative sectors and systems to deliver our preferred futures.
She is also passionate about shaping the way we design work for the future and, through DISCO and her directorships, supports the change makers, people and culture leads, strategy and Org Development teams and C-Suite to build transformation plans to shift their orgs towards workforces ready for future conditions.
She is an Independent Non-Executive Director of St Luke's Health, Corumbene Care Inc and Tasmanian Leaders Inc.
