Kathy has had a long and distinguished executive career and over 28 years of board experience across a diverse range of complex organisations and industry sectors including Commercial Radio & Digital Media, Telecommunications, Industrial Technology, Health, Education and Finance & Insurance.
Kathy was CFO of Austereo Ltd. Joining in 1989, retiring June 2011. In that time the company grew from 2 radio stations to the largest commercial radio network in Australia, and the leader in Digital and Online Media.
Kathy is currently Director of ASX 200 company Codan Limited, a technology company that develops robust technology solutions to solve communications, safety and security problems, with international operations exporting to over 150 countries.
She is also Chair of RAA Group Ltd, Director of Adelaide Community Hospital Alliance Inc and is a member of ASIC’s Corporate Governance Consultative Panel.
Kathy served on the AICD Board from 2015 to 2021and was awarded Life Fellow in 2024.
Kathy holds a BA Accounting, is a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of both the Australian Institute of Company Directors (Life) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia & New Zealand and is a member of Chief Executive Women.
