Justin commenced his career as a young, registered broker on the London Stock Exchange in the eighties; predominantly raising capital from European institutions for a range of Australian companies. Building upon this experience, he subsequently developed his own interests and assisted others to achieve their own development goals.
Justin has a history of successfully establishing and/or restructuring, funding and operating numerous businesses ranging from start-ups to large established companies spanning diverse industry sectors including resources (including biofuel), technology, agriculture, entertainment, zero-emissions water production and fashion with a focus on using technology to reduce carbon footprint. He has been actively involved in two ASX listings and has also been an active contributor in the not-for-profit sector.
Of particular relevance here today, he acts as Executive Chair of Tasman Renewables Limited, which designs, constructs, installs and services mini-hydro and solar plants and is looking to expand into independent green power generation through its planned listing on the ASX later this year.
Justin has been a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors for nearly thirty years.
