John Fenwick is currently chair of Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service-Northern NSW.
He is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Canberra in the faculty of Business, Government and Law, and a moderator/facilitator with the Cranlana Centre for Ethical Leadership. John operates the business and leadership consultancy Strategic Leadership Matters Pty Ltd.
Previously, John has been on the board of the Macular Disease Foundation of Australia.
Prior to his career as a non-executive director, John had a successful career in the Australian Army, retiring as Brigadier from full time service after over thirty years. In that time, he was a helicopter pilot and commanded multiple units, including of coalition forces on operations.
