Jane Cutler is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the current WA Division President, and a previous participant in the AICD Chairs Mentoring program.
She has extensive experience across the petroleum, natural resources, energy and superannuation sectors with organisations including NOPSEMA, Woodside, BHP, Esso, SuperPartners and Plum Financial Services. In her CEO, executive and board roles, Jane has worked across various sectors, including corporate operators, government and regulators, and not-for-profits, where she has applied her expertise in strategy, sustainability, safety, risk, stakeholder relations, and organisational and cultural transformation.
Jane is currently an independent non-executive director of Southern Ports Authority and chairs their Safety and Sustainability Committee. She is also a NED of ChemCentre, a Finance Audit and Risk Committee member and Chair of their Governance and Nominations Committee. She is the Independent Chair of the Audit and Risk Assurance Committee for the WA Police Force and a Councillor at the Town of Cambridge.
