Graeme is a long-serving leader in the education sector, with over 43 years of experience in school leadership, educational innovation, and organisational development. He has been instrumental in pioneering middle schooling and driving strategic change across multiple educational settings.
He served for 10 years on the Board of the Middle Years of Schooling Association, five of those as National President where he had the opportunity to visit schools across Australia and internationally. He has shared his expertise at conferences and consulted with educators in Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Korea.
In his current role as Deputy CEO of St Philip’s Christian Education Foundation, Graeme works closely with the Board and executive team to mentor and develop new principals, senior executives, and middle leaders while supporting the organisation’s daily operations and strategic growth. He holds a Diploma in Teaching, a Bachelor of Education, a Certificate of Gifted Education, and a Master of Educational Leadership. He is also a certified Gallup Strengths Coach and a member of AICD.
Beyond his professional commitments, Graeme serves as Board Chair of Maroba aged-care facility and is a Director on the Board of the Australian Association of Christian Schools.
An advocate for lifelong learning and leadership development, Graeme enjoys travelling, embracing new challenges, and cherishing time with his grandchildren.
