Frank Cooper AO is one of Australia’s most respected company directors, with more than four decades of leadership experience across major listed companies, professional services and the not-for-profit sector. 

They currently serve as a director of St John of God Health Care, Wright Prospecting and the Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research, and have held board roles with South32, Woodside and the Insurance Commission of Western Australia. A former PwC Partner, Frank has been recognised with an AO, the WA AICD Gold Medal and UWA Chancellor’s Medal.
