Dr Simon Eassom is a business leader, public speaker, thought leader and senior executive with extensive experience ranging from leading small, agile "tiger teams" to managing a large university Faculty to managing P&L for multi-million dollar lines of business.
He has been a visionary leader in the adoption of AI and predictive analytics for business process re engineering. He has been instrumental in the creation of digital solutions at the leading edge of the transformation of education, learning, health, and the future of work. His experience as a consultant has crossed industry boundaries in the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors, leading the development of new business opportunities and converting transformative vision into strategy and execution.
Simon has served on the Board of Deakin University, the Australian Council of Professions, and small NFPs. He has led the development of governance frameworks for several organisations and specialises in the governance of information and data, as well as developments in cyber-security. More recently, he has helped companies focus on climate change, corporate responsibility, and building a sustainable organisation.
