Chris Eddy is a 25+ year veteran of local government, including senior roles as CEO of Hobsons Bay City Council (2012-2018) and Administrator for City of Whittlesea (2021-2023).
His extensive leadership background includes various directorships, committee roles and consultancies across Victoria. Before starting his local government career, Chris spent nearly 20 years as a regional radio and television media presenter. Since 2021, he has hosted Australia's number one local government podcast, the Local Government News Roundup, and presents topical YouTube programming and podcasts for the Victorian Local Governance Association.
