A former HR Leader and Telstra Businesswoman of the Year, Rhonda is recognised as one of Australia’s foremost experts in human resources, specialising in culture, leadership, talent, workplace, diversity and the future of work. 

With over 30 years of HR experience, Rhonda’s career has spanned four large multi-nationals – BHP, Sara Lee, Luxottica and CBA, living and working in Europe, Asia and the USA. She was the primary architect of both CBA and Luxottica’s award-winning global leadership programs. She is renowned for her great depth of thinking on leadership and diversity and inclusion, and her strong commitment to excellent execution that sticks.

Rhonda is the Chair of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) National Inclusion and Diversity Reference Panel and sits on the WGEA Strategy Roundtable. She is a Certified Practitioner and Fellow of AHRI, and a Member of AICD.

Rhonda holds a Bachelor of Organisational Psychology and IR, a Post Graduate Diploma in Organisational Psychology, and a Diploma of Strategic HR.
